You got one in West Virginia. West Virginia finally put its write-ins up on its web page.

Frank Moore wrote:
ah, yes! and just got 1 in west virginia!

Frank Moore wrote:
that’s truely amazing! i got an email from a guy from there early on in the campaign asking me to come there.

Paul Escriva wrote:
Do you know if Cook County in which Chicago resides actually counts/tallies write in votes?
When I inquired at the poll no one was able to give me a direct answer.

it looks like we got 2 votes in chicago. 1 is you!

Frank got 36 votes in California!

CALIFORNIA – Statewide (36 VOTES)

very interesting! especially the counties’ breakdown! i figure we might have
gotten between 100 to 200 votes nationwide. we will never know the actual
number because some states don’t tally write-in votes, etc. of course the
vote count is just the surface level of effectiveness of the campaign. and a
lot of people will think 100-200 votes are not much. but considering we did
virtually no campaigning…and suzy and i combined spent just $1,500 during
the 2 years on the campaign…this is amazing!

vote count in NY …

I’m glad the post office did its job and delivered both my Christmas card to you, and your earlier great card to me. And we will see if we get any progress in the next few months against any of those jurisdictions that treated write-ins badly…D.C. and Pennsylvania are likely to get sued!

Frank Moore wrote:
how about ny?

Richard Winger wrote:
New York did report write-ins for all the declared presidential candidates, but you are perhaps saying many didn’t get counted??? This is news to me.

Frank Moore wrote:
yep…i don’t know about “many”…but 2, and perhaps 3, told me they voted for us in n.y.

Richard Winger wrote:
If you can tell me what city or town or county they live in, I would like to know that. It seems that New York city always does a bad job…were they in NY City?

Frank Moore wrote:
fred and harley, you both live in nyc, right?

Fred Hatt wrote:
Yes, I live in NYC, Brooklyn or Kings County to be more precise. I wrote in Frank for pres.

Frank Moore wrote:
thought so! so there is the smoking gun! we don’t have any way of knowing how many votes we actually got!

At the end of the day, at a really busy moment, there was Alden Bryant, chipper and smiling as always, saying hi and telling Corey that he was a little worse for wear, had a bit of a limp from an injury, and had been sick … Corey saw his wife at the store all the time, but this was the first time he had seen Alden there in years … Alden asked about the Blue House, having been in it when it was still under construction, and mentioned how we had taped that great program at UC Berkeley … He said that he and others were about to put out a 45-page “Climate Pyramid” treatise that covered methodically all the changes that needed to be made at the different levels of society in terms of switching energy sources in order to deal with the climate problem … Corey said that Aldent could always send things like this to Frank! Alden asked, “So how did Frank do in the campaign?” As in votes … Corey said he did great!! We had just found out that Frank got 36 votes in California, which was amazing. It was never about the votes, but was a lot of fun to find out … Alden was very impressed, and made the thumbs up sign, saying, “Well, one of those was me!” Totally blew Corey’s mind! Wow! That’s great!

“Did Ron Paul fill out a form like this?
Did all the paperwork get turned in by Oct 21?
Has the state said everything was in order and accepted?”
“… Additionally, including states where Moore is a registered write-in, he joins Obama, McCain, McKinney, Nader, Baldwin and Barr as candidates who have a mathematical chance of winning. Frank Moore, and independent candidate from Florida, is also on enough write-in ballots to win, but is not listed on the ballot in any state, has not received much coverage, and might only have the ability to win due to states that count unregistered write-ins.”

“Voting third party
not a waste of vote
In reality the only ‘wasted’ vote is a vote against conscience, a vote against our dreams,” said Green Party presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney. While I am not voting for McKinney myself, I would like to highlight the wisdom in her words. Voting third party, or even no party,
is not a waste of your vote if it is a sincere expression of your will. Last Friday, California’s secretary of state released the list of official write-in presidential candidates. Votes for these candidates will be tallied. This list will not appear on the ballot, however. Therefore, if you are disillusioned with politics as usual, consider write-in candidates Chuck Baldwin, James Harris, Frank Moore, or Ron Paul (yes, Ron Paul is an official candidate).

Frank Moore; let me start by saying I only know you from your presidential campaign and I am in high school in Massachusetts. However I mostly agree with you and would like to thank you for commenting on the you tube video I made about you. I have a disability too, called asperger’s syndrome. For this reason, I do not particularly get along well with people of my age. I am more turned on politically than most in my school at least. I brought the message of the just makes sense party to my summer camp, a camp for people with asperger’s. They too, liked your message and we even made a movie about it (it was a comedy and we gave you the power to walk and talk in a computer voice in the film). Also you should, in my opinion, file law suits against states for there ballot access laws. They do not allow all to get on the ballot for example, how is someone with cerebral palsy suppose to collect signatures? Finally I would like to know if it is okay if I start a branch of the just makes sense party in massachusetts when I run for mayor when I am 21. thanks frank Moore! You are a hero!

Frank Moore wrote:
shucks, aaron! i’m glad that i and our campaign inspire you. i would love to see that summer camp movie…if you have a copy. [who played me?] your frank moore = party video was very effective. you sure can form a just makes sense chapter. good luck running for mayor!

we are working with richard winger of ballot access on challenging the procedures and rules of various states that rig the election in favor of the 2 main parties. for example, it turns out n.y….which i know we got votes in…doesn’t count write-in votes even for official write-in candidates! my having c.p. would be a red herring distracting from the real point that the process is rigged.

i see that you also have a band. if you send me tracks, i’ll play them on

Pleased you are challenging the vote counts, I thought it looked like
a system just waiting to be changed! Your campaign serves this
good cause of “change” needed to get a third party in.

Today an attorney asked the District of Columbia Board of Elections to tally the write-ins for the declared write-in candidates. If they won’t do it, he will sue the Board. This may open the door to get at some of these other bad jurisdictions.

Also we are waiting to see if Pennsylvania did a good job of tallying write-ins, and there are attorneys ready to sue Pennsylvania also if necessary. Pennsylvania doesn’t have a write-in filing procedure (neither does New Jersey).

our campaign continues to effect change! it is outrageous we may ever know how many votes we actually got. we know we got votes in penn., n.j., and n.y….in fact i think n.y. would be our second best next to ca.
