A presidential write-in candidate may have a blank space provided on the general election ballot for his/her name to be written in if:
1) The candidate files an Oath of Candidate (Form DS-DE 85) with the Division of Elections between , July 1 and ,

2) Not later than
NO NOTARIZATIONS REQUIRED.
The Oath of Candidate form must be filled out and signed by both Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates.
